Fire's Caress by Lani Wendt Young (published by OneTree House in 2021) has been chosen as a 2022 Sir Julius Vogel Award Finalists in the Best Youth Novel category. Members of the Science Fiction and Fantasy Association of New Zealand will now be reading the finalists and voting for their favourites before the awards are presented later this year.
